LIFE BOOK 2009

Health:

1. Drink plenty of water

2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar

3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and eat less food that is manufactured in plants (factory)

4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy

5. Make time for prayer

6. Play more games

7. Read more books than you did in 2008

8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day

9. Sleep for 7 hours

10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day ---- and while you walk, SMILE !!

Personality:
11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

13. Don't over do ; keep your limits

14. Don't take yourself so seriously ; no one else does

15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip

16. Dream more while you are awake

17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..

18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will Ruin your present happiness.

Mesin Berisik

Dulu waktu SMP aku ada pelajaran ngetik. Semacem muatan lokal gitu. Dan kita bener2 ngetik pake mesin tik. Yang bunyi tak-tik-tuk nya kedengeran sampe tetangga sebelah. Pokoknya brisik banget deh!
trus klo di skolah gimana ngetiknya? musti bawa2 mesin tik gitu?
oh..... ga... skolah nyediain mesin tik donk, tapi kita praktek klo ulangan doank kok. Klo pelajaran biasa ya cuman dikasih teori tata cara ngetik gitu. Ga penting, yeah.

Yang paling bikin sebel itu aturan kalo kita mesti nggunain 10jari, musti ngapalin huruf apa pada jari apa. Sering banget aku kebolak-balik gitu. Dan bikin aku jadi lambret banget klo ngetik.
Ada juga tugas yang suruh gambar 10 jari, masing2 jari ditulis huruf yang jadi bagiannya dalam ngetik. Aduh pokoknya ribet lah!



Thank God sekarang udah ada komputer, jadi ga perlu pake mesin brisik itu. Kan jadi enak kalo mo ngetik malem2, ga perlu sampe ngabangunin tetangga se-RT! Dan yang pasti lebih cepet dan ga ribet. Klo dulu waktu pake mesin brisik, well.. oke mesin tik, sekalinya salah mesti pake tip-x. Jadi kalo banyak kata yang salah, udah pasti belepotan tip-X. Jadinya kita mesti ati2 banget, jangan sampe terlalu banyak kata yang salah. Apalagi buat nulis surat2 resmi. Dan itu yang ngebuat ngetik jadi tambah lambret.

Ternyata ga pake komputer ga pake mesin tik, kecepatan ngetikku tetep aja lambret. haha...

Knapa ada rasa males???
Knapa susah banget keluar dari jeratan maut maless???
Knapa rasa males begitu sangat menggoda???

ah... andai aja kmu ga sebegitu menggoda......

Nah, mari kita enyahkan rasa males dari kehidupan kita. Males emang dibutuhin, tapi dalam kadar yang sangat sedikit. Ga kebayang kalo kita overdosis gara2 males *lhohlhoh ini ngomongin apa sih???*

Apaan sih kok nyebut2 kulit na? Baca dulu dong......

Kenapa hal spele bisa bikin aku sedih? Padahal itu hal yang sebenernya ga penting buat dipikirin. Tapi rasanya otak ga mau nrima itu. Kalo udah sedih jadi desperate sendiri, jadi bad mood. Haah... something wrong with me.
Rasa2 nya jadi ga ngehargai idup gitu. Padahal udah nonton acara komedi, udah baca artikel2 motivasi. Tetep aja ntar kepikiran lagi yang bikin sedih

Bahkan quote2 kayak "enjoy every second of ur life" udah aku coba tanem dalam2 ke pikiranku. Knapa dengan diriku??? Apa ini yang namanya terlalu sensitip?? *ini maksud dari judulku di atas*

Kadang aku udah coba untuk cheer my self up. Well, it did work, but only in a few minutes! Trus kepikiran lagi, sedih lagi. Haahh....
Padahal kebahagian bisa diraih dari apa aja kan? Hm.. mungkin aku kurang bersukur ma yang di atas. Klo gitu harus lebih banyak bersyukur! Lebih mendekatkan diri ma sang Pencipta.

Bayangin kalo kamu mati besok, na! Kmu mau mati dalam keadaan desperate gitu? Dan blom sempet berbuat apa2 ke orang2 di sekitar kmu?
